Grit and glitz

I probably should mention this. If you're still reading this blog, be glad, because you're one of the chosen ones who still have access to it. In a bid to reduce my negative Internet presence - or the existence of an Internet presence at all - I have switched blog URLs.

This is a prime selection of people from my floor. Succulent and tender, these young people with bright futures ahead of them have ripened intellect for the picking.

Click to enlarge. I wish I could edit the photo, but I don't have Photoshop so I have to live with its annoying off-centredness and yellowish tinge. I'd also run through their names just so you can put a face to who I talk about, but then I'm going to have trouble deciding where the front and back row is, so you'll just have to deal with it.

I like looking at the photo. We look so young and fresh and enthusiastic and hopeful. That's it, hopeful. I guess we are. And we're gonna have a good year ahead of us. I think.
